Matzo ball soup with Sue Lo Presentation
After a failed attempt of finding in Barcelona the ingredients to make matzo ball soup, a traditional Jewish recipe, Phillip Maisel set off on his current project Parabolic Structures. Join the artist and his mother in the communal creation and tasting of said dish, and a conversation on food as a vector for connection and culture.
