Març Rabal
Born in Barcelona in 1976, the city where she currently lives and works, she began her studies in Fine Arts in 1996 at the University of Barcelona until 1999, when she received a scholarship to Paris to study at the École Nationale d’Arts Décoratifs (ENSAD) and lived for almost two years in the French city, dedicating herself to different art-related professions.
Març Rabal’s work, with presence in different private collections internationally and foundations in the Spanish territory, has been gaining more and more recognition in both national and international artistic environment. Her pictorial work, increasingly focused on collage, is also developed in other media such as artist’s book and video, creating audiovisual material as a record of the same creative process, but also experimental audiovisual pieces with presence in different video art festivals at national and international level.
