Threads of a gesture Presentation

The artist Carmen M. Castañeda invites us to an embroidery demonstration within the framework of the Barcelona Gallery Weekend, where she will show her way of working using the “Lunéville crochet” technique and the intuitive way in which she has produced the works in the exhibition. Carmen embroiders without seeing the front of the pieces, using touch to foresee the final result and counting the number of pieces used, the meters of thread or the hours invested.
