Sol sostenido

Sol sostenido is a work of paper, cotton mesh, tulle and thread that replicates the discontinuous column as a point of support for a double arcade. In the centre of the half arches, a sun floats, symbolising vital energy, the inner light supported by a conceptual pillar. The piece is reminiscent of the musical note and the power of sound to activate our vital energy and sense of centre.
