Linda Sanchez / Baptiste Croze
Linda Sanchez (1983) and Baptiste Croze (1985) live and work in Marseille (France), where they have been developing their collaboration since 2014. Their work revolves around the notions of lines and structure, territory and the gaze on landscape, pattern and motif, geography and the in-situ, gesture and tool. Their duo work has been presented in several monographic exhibitions, including Peau à Peau (Vidéchroniques, Marseille, 2024), Là (Angle Art contemporain Saint Paul Trois Châteaux, 2023), À terre (La Station, Nice, 2021), Ce qui s’étend jusqu’au bord (Centre culturel Una Volta, Bastia, 2020), Les aléas (Chapelle des Jésuites, Nîmes, 2020), and Les écarts serrés (Galerie Papillon, Paris, 2018). The work “Les sourdines” was acquired by the CNAP in 2019 and published in the journal The Drawer Vol. 15. In 2025, they presented the project Roulé-boulé at the Bogotá Art and City Biennial in Colombia, invited by curator and researcher María Wills Londoño.
