Marcel Pié Barba

Filmmaker and teacher at the Faculty of Fine Arts of Barcelona, the Escola Massana and the Master of Creative Documentary at the Universitat Autònoma. Founding member of Taller Estampa SCP and the association L’Automàtica. His interest is focused on the field of experimental animation and the expressive possibilities and inherent value of disused technologies, both in the audiovisual and printing fields. His work has been screened at various festivals and museums such as the Anthology Film Archive, the Centro de Arte Reina Sofia, the Modern Tate Gallery, the CCCB, the Caixa Forum and L’Alternativa.
