DESCRIPTION:On the occasion of the presentation of Una página\, the new edition of Laía Argüelles Folch published by Chiquita Room\, the artist and writer meets at the gallery with the artist Sara Agudo Millán and the gallery owner and editor Laura González Palacios for a three-voice reading about presence\, attention and imagination. Based on the exchange of their respective texts -three writings in the present tense-\, each will read a page from another’s handwritten page\, making a common gesture of their own voice.\nThis reading will take place within the framework of Presence is the Only Goddess I Worship\, the group exhibition with which Chiquita Room has opened its programme in 2024: an exploration of our possibilities and ways of being present in the awareness that each instant is new\, unique and fleeting. \nReading time: approx. 20 min.\nDuration of the activity: approx. 1 hr. \nFree admission until full capacity is reached.
