SUMMARY:Water with the Body
DESCRIPTION:As part of the exhibition Lullaby to Rouse a Little Girl\, the co-authors of the book Quadern del cos i l’aigua\, Mari Chordà (1942) and Montse Clavé (1946)\, will meet on Friday 19 September at 6.30 pm to give a poetry reading in the gallery. \n  \nMontse Clavé is a comic book artist\, illustrator and feminist writer. In 1977\, she began working as an illustrator at La Sal – Edicions de les dones (La Sal – Women’s Editions)\, where she collaborated with Mari Chordà on several projects. Her works and publications include: Las Entrañablesas (1977)\, Doble jornada (1977)\, Jenny de Westfalia (1977)\, La Mar (1978)\, Bety de BUP (1986)\, Cocinas de Allí-Aquí (1996–1998)\, the series El sabor en los grandes viajes (2000–2003) and Manual práctico de cocina negra y criminal (2004). \n  \nFree event with prior reservation.
