DESCRIPTION:Chiquita Room is participating in ARCOmadrid for the fourth consecutive year\, this time with historical works by Dutch artist Pieter Laurens Mol (Breda\, 1946) and new pieces by Teresa Estapé (Barcelona\, 1972). The gallery’s curatorial proposal revolves around duality as a conceptual and visual axis\, transforming the booth into a space of tension between black and white\,  articulating a reflection on the individual and the collective\, belonging and loneliness. \nThe play of contrasts and the dialogue between the two artists create a space for reflection and a radical aesthetic experience\, through two different ways of understanding connection. While Estapé approaches it through female genealogies\, family roots\, and symbols of tradition\, Mol does so by projecting the intimate onto the universal. \nThe dates of the fair are 4 to 8 March 2026. \nLink to the the press release. \n  \n
